The Way Bible · Greek: SBL Greek New Testament

5And when the disciples came to the other side, they had forgotten to take bread.

6And Jesus said to them, “Watch out and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”

7And they were reasoning among themselves, saying, “It is because we did not take bread.”

8But Jesus, knowing this, said, “Why are you reasoning among yourselves, you of little faith, that you have no bread?

γνοὺς δὲ ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν· Τί διαλογίζεσθε ἐν ἑαυτοῖς, ὀλιγόπιστοι, ὅτι ἄρτους οὐκ ἐλάβετε;

9Do you not yet perceive, nor remember the five loaves of the five thousand, and how many baskets you took up?

οὔπω νοεῖτε, οὐδὲ μνημονεύετε τοὺς πέντε ἄρτους τῶν πεντακισχιλίων καὶ πόσους κοφίνους ἐλάβετε;

10Nor the seven loaves of the four thousand, and how many large baskets you took up?

οὐδὲ τοὺς ἑπτὰ ἄρτους τῶν τετρακισχιλίων καὶ πόσας σπυρίδας ἐλάβετε;

11How is it that you do not perceive that I did not speak to you about bread? But beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”

12Then they understood that He had not told them to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.

17καὶ γνοὺς λέγει αὐτοῖς· Τί διαλογίζεσθε ὅτι ἄρτους οὐκ ἔχετε; οὔπω νοεῖτε οὐδὲ συνίετε; πεπωρωμένην ἔχετε τὴν καρδίαν ὑμῶν;

21καὶ ἔλεγεν αὐτοῖς· Οὔπω συνίετε;
